We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance whenever possible. Our calendar fills quickly, especially during busy seasons. We believe every event has a purpose, and we want to give yours the time and attention it deserves.
A signed agreement and deposit are required to reserve your event date. Once your deposit is received, your date and time is set aside just for you.
Yes, we offer vegetarian options and can discuss other dietary needs in advance.
We serve about 1/2 pound of meat per person.
Our team arrives about one to two hours prior to your selected serve time for setup and preparation, followed by two hours of service. As every event is different, timing can be adjusted to best fit your needs.
Yes we have a minimum guest count of 40 people for our onsite packages only. Our trays do not have a minimum guest count.
Gratuity is not required but always appreciated.
Yes, applicable sales tax will be added to your invoice where required.
We come prepared with overhead coverage for our setup when needed. For outdoor events, we simply ask that a suitable space is available for us to set up and operate comfortably. If weather requires minor adjustments, we will work with you to ensure service continues smoothly.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date and is non-refundable, as it reserves our team and calendar exclusively for you. If plans change, we are happy to reschedule your event based on availability. All rescheduled events must take place within six months of the original event date.
